About the URP

The URP study area includes the entire City of Warrenton.  Community leaders are working together to create a shared vision for multiple target areas within the city.  This is occurring through an examination of existing conditions and determining what improvements could be undertaken to improve the quality of life for the residents of Warrenton and generate new investment in the city.

Goals of the URP:

 * Develop attractive affordable and mixed-income housing opportunities.

* Initiate and support nuisance abatement activities.

* Provide infrastructure that generates neighborhood re-investment.

* Enable community commercial investment.
